Q1: How can I confirm my order after payment?
After you complete the payment successfully, you will receive an official order confirmation email from MIRKYN, including order number, product details, shipping address and estimated delivery time. You can also check your order status in your website account.
Q2: What should I do if I need to modify my order or shipping address?
You can contact our customer service via email within 24 hours after placing the order to apply for order information modification. Once the order is shipped, no modification of address and product information is supported.
Q3: Why is there a slight color difference in the product?
All our product pictures are taken in kind. Slight color difference may be caused by different mobile phone/device display resolution and shooting light, which is a normal phenomenon and does not affect the use and quality of the product.
Q4: How long can I receive my order?
US domestic orders are delivered in 3–7 business days after shipment; international orders are delivered in 7–15 business days. The specific time is subject to the actual logistics situation.
Q5: Do you support free shipping?
We will launch free shipping and other preferential activities from time to time. You can pay attention to the latest activity rules on our official website homepage.
Q6: How long does the refund take to arrive?
After we receive and inspect your returned goods, the refund will be initiated within 1–3 business days, and the funds will arrive in 5–10 business days, subject to the processing rules of your payment institution.
Q7: Can I exchange the size or color of the product?
Yes. We support size and color exchange within 30 days after receipt. The products must be kept in original unused condition. You can submit an exchange application via email, and we will guide you to complete the exchange process.
