Return & Refund Policy

MIRKYN adheres to the customer-first service principle and provides standardized return and refund services to ensure your shopping experience. Please read the following return and refund rules carefully:

6.1 Return Eligibility & Time Limit

We support returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods. The returned products must be in unused, unwashed, undamaged original condition, with complete original tags, packaging and accessories. Products that are worn, stained, damaged artificially or missing accessories are not eligible for return or exchange.

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, some personalized accessories and clearance discounted products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. The specific non-returnable scope shall be subject to the product page description.

6.3 Return Process

1. Contact our customer service via official email to submit a return application and explain the return reason;
2. Wait for our official review and return approval (we will reply within 24–48 hours);
3. After approval, we will provide you with a return address and operation guidelines;
4. Send the goods back as required and provide us with the return logistics tracking number;
5. After we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will complete the subsequent refund or exchange process.

6.4 Refund Rules

After the returned goods pass the inspection, we will initiate a full refund to your original payment channel. The refund arrival time is 5–10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your payment platform and bank. Except for product quality problems, the return shipping fee shall be borne by the buyer.

6.5 Defective & Wrong Item Processing

If you receive defective products, wrong items or missing parts, please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods and provide real photos and videos as proof. We will provide free return, exchange or full refund service, and bear the corresponding shipping fees.
